Terms of Use

Effective Date: January 1, 2026  ·  Responsible Attorney: Syed Haseeb Hussain, Esq.  ·  Haseeb Legal PLLC

Please read carefully. By accessing or using BKClaim.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site. Questions? Contact sh@haseeblegal.com.

1. About This Site and the Responsible Attorney

BKClaim.com is operated by Haseeb Legal PLLC, a consumer protection law firm. The attorney responsible for this website and all advertising content herein is Syed Haseeb Hussain, Esq., licensed to practice law in Florida, Illinois, and Georgia. Contact: sh@haseeblegal.com.

This Site constitutes lawyer advertising under Florida Rule 4-7.12, Illinois Rule 7.2, and Georgia Rule 7.2. It is published in compliance with those rules and the rules of all states in which the firm is licensed.

BKClaim operates in partnership with Upsolve, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Upsolve is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not a party to any attorney-client relationship formed through this Site. The marketing fee arrangement between Haseeb Legal PLLC and Upsolve is structured as a flat advertising fee and does not constitute a referral fee or fee-sharing arrangement prohibited under applicable Rules of Professional Conduct.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship from Site Access Alone

Accessing this Site or reading its contents does not create an attorney-client relationship. However, when you submit the intake form, you become a prospective client under Rule 1.18 of the Rules of Professional Conduct applicable in Florida, Illinois, and Georgia. As a prospective client:

  • The firm owes you a duty of confidentiality with respect to information you share, even if no representation follows.
  • The firm may not use that information against you in a substantially related matter.
  • The firm’s duty of confidentiality under Rule 1.18 attaches to your submission regardless of whether a retainer is signed.

A full attorney-client relationship — with all associated duties of loyalty and competent representation — is established only upon execution of a signed written retainer agreement by both you and an authorized attorney of Haseeb Legal PLLC.

3. Not Legal Advice

The information on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of information on this Site without consulting a licensed attorney about your specific situation. The outcome of any legal matter depends on the unique facts and circumstances involved. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

4. Eligibility

This Site is intended for individuals who:

  • Have received a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy discharge in the United States
  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Are seeking a free attorney review for potential FCRA violations related to their discharge

By using this Site, you represent that you meet these criteria. We reserve the right to decline representation to any individual at our sole professional judgment.

5. Intake Submissions

Accuracy

By submitting the intake form, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing materially false or misleading information may disqualify you from representation.

Your credit reports

By uploading credit reports, you represent that you are the individual to whom those reports pertain, that you obtained them through lawful means, and that you authorize Haseeb Legal PLLC to review them for the purpose of evaluating potential FCRA claims.

Consent to contact

By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted by Haseeb Legal PLLC by phone, email, or other reasonable means regarding your submission. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting sh@haseeblegal.com.

6. Fee Arrangement

The intake review is provided at no cost and with no obligation. If we agree to represent you, representation will be on a contingency fee basis — you owe no attorney’s fees unless and until we recover money for you. The specific terms will be set forth in the written retainer agreement, which you will have the opportunity to review before signing.

Haseeb Legal PLLC is not a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.). We do not charge advance fees for disputing information on your behalf and we do not guarantee any improvement to your credit score.

7. Geographic Limitations and Multi-Jurisdictional Practice

Haseeb Legal PLLC is currently licensed to practice law in Florida, Illinois, and Georgia. We may be able to serve clients who filed bankruptcy in other states through co-counsel arrangements. If your matter requires representation in a jurisdiction where we are not licensed, we will advise you and, with your written consent, coordinate with appropriately licensed counsel. No additional fee will be charged to you as a result of any such arrangement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Haseeb Legal PLLC. The Upsolve name and logo are the property of Upsolve, Inc. and are used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its contents are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or freedom from viruses. Nothing herein limits liability arising from our professional duties as licensed attorneys.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Haseeb Legal PLLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site. This limitation does not apply to professional negligence or malpractice claims arising from a properly formed attorney-client relationship, which are governed by applicable professional responsibility law and any written retainer agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where Haseeb Legal PLLC holds its primary bar license, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein. Nothing in this section limits your right to file a complaint with any applicable state bar disciplinary authority.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
