If your matter requires co-counsel or referral to an attorney licensed in a state where Haseeb Legal PLLC is not currently licensed, we will obtain your explicit written consent before sharing any information with any other attorney or firm.
We may disclose information when required by court order, subpoena, or applicable law. We will notify you of any such disclosure to the extent permitted by law.
Once a written retainer agreement is executed, all communications between you and the firm are protected by the attorney-client privilege and the firm’s duty of confidentiality under the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct. Submission of the intake form does not alone create an attorney-client relationship, but as stated in Section 2 above, we treat all intake submissions as confidential pursuant to Rule 1.18.
All data submitted through this Site is transmitted over TLS-encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Uploaded credit reports and personal information are stored securely and accessible only to attorneys and authorized staff of Haseeb Legal PLLC. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with the sensitivity of the information and our professional responsibility obligations.
No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at sh@haseeblegal.com.
We retain intake submissions and uploaded documents for the period required by applicable bar rules and statutes of limitations. Submissions from individuals who do not proceed to representation are retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of submission, consistent with the FCRA’s statute of limitations under 15 U.S.C. § 1681p, and then securely destroyed.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at sh@haseeblegal.com. We will accommodate deletion requests to the fullest extent permitted by our professional obligations.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we hold, the right to correct inaccuracies, and the right to request deletion.
